Did a 2-hour private beginner lesson for 2 people (13yo, 18yo) to 1 trainer. It was fantastic! - easy booking and confirmation - many items provided (rash guard, equipment, shower etc) - good experience from Da Waves - they chose timings where the waves were better; we stood up on surf board by 2nd try - patient and encouraging Coach Kadek (he was very clear on safety too!) - photos were taken and they were so professional (we had 64 photos for 2 people) There is also a restaurant near by the beach to enjoy after surf class, convenience stores across the road. Came across this surf school via the many good reviews, and they proved to be true. I had Kadek as my instructor, he was lovely - gave really good instructions and regular feedback/tips which made a big difference. First ever surfing experience was awesome thanks to Bali Da Waves. Would recommend if you're in Bali to learn surfing! Instructor Jay was an amazing teacher as he ensured that we were able to pick up the basics and surf the waves, while constantly providing feedback and encouragement throughout. Customer service was also great as Sinta responded promptly to all our queries and provided fast and detailed information as necessary. Thanks Jay and Sinta for the reliable service and for being so friendly and welcoming!
